Backstory: Chie lived with her mother in a small apartment in District 7. They were poor, but were able to get food every other day. Chie’s father died in a fire while on the job, so they were almost broke until Chie picked up the axe, and started chopping every tree she had to. She managed to get some money until one day, she heard her mom scream. Then there was a small thud and nothing more. She heard footsteps and the door opening; two peacekeepers. She found her mom dead on the floor, with a loaf in her hand. She stole it, and they found out. Chie then locked herself in her room and refused to come out except on reaping days, or to steal from the market just so she’d get her revenge, in one way. Defying the district’s power.
Likes: Pretty things, like blue skies and forests. She likes to dream too as it takes her away from all her memories of seeing her mom dead on the floor.
Dislikes: Any type of authority in Panem.
